Please remember that if you have only clicked "Redeem" on the voucher itself, it does not redeem the voucher for shipment with us. Clicking "Redeem" directly on the voucher is simply a way to keep track of your Groupon redemptions. 


Once you have redeemed your voucher on our website, it typically takes 7–21 days for your order to be delivered, from the time you redeemed your voucher on our website.


Please verify that you received a shipment notification from us to determine if you’ve successfully ordered your product. Your shipment email notification will include tracking information. Use this information to check on the status of your order.
